The City of Orange Municipal Court is located at 901 Main, the north side of the Orange Police Department building.

J.C Arnold Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Court Sessions: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Sign in begins at 8:00am and court session begins at 8:30am, the courtroom doors will be locked at 8:30am and it is the decision of the judge on whether or not he will see late comers. Dress Code: All persons entering the Courtroom must be Clean, neat, and dressed appropriately To maintain the dignity, decorum and professional atmosphere of the Court and the administration of Justice The following information should serve as a guide on the clothing that is considered inappropriate or unacceptable for the Court. Shorts, capris, pants that are tattered or have holes in them, halter tops, mid drift exposing tops, muscle shirts, cutoff shorts, caps, hats, do-rags, sunglasses, clothing that display offensive, vulgar, racist, gang related, obscene language and/or graphics, dresses/skirts that are more than two (2) inches above the knee, clothing that exposes undergarments. Any person not dressed in appropriate Courtroom attire is subject to removal.
